Shipping and returns policy
www.lecotedanse.com The products will be shipped to the delivery address indicated when placing the order or, if applicable, to the address indicated in the customer account. For any change in the delivery address once the purchase has been made, please contact Le Côté Danse Customer Service via email: info@lecotedanse.com or via 635772652 via whatsapp or phone call. All products offered on the website are in stock (except for stock-outs or exceptional cases). Shipping costs will be specified at the time of purchase, which may be chosen by the Customer from the options offered. For orders over 50€ the shipping costs are free in Spain (Peninsula and Portugal). For all other countries, shipping costs are free of charge for orders over €100. When the transport agency chosen by the Customer is GLS, orders that are in stock will be shipped within a maximum period of 72 hours from the formalisation and full payment of the order, counting from the day after the order is placed. Orders received on Fridays or public holidays that are in stock will be dispatched on the next working day. If for any reason there is a delay in delivery we will inform you of the estimated delivery time. The customer will receive an e-mail notification that the shipment has been made. This email will include direct access to the courier’s website to track the shipment and give delivery instructions if desired. In case of absence, a note will be left and the addressee will be contacted again to arrange a second delivery. If the second delivery is unsuccessful, it will be left for collection at the GLS courier offices. If the order is finally returned by the courier agency due to the impossibility of contacting the Customer, the Customer will be responsible for the cost of the new shipment.
International Orders
The countries to which it will be sent are only those listed below: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Portugal and the Netherlands. International shipment will be made with Mondial Relay via the Punto Pack service or to the Customer’s home address. Deliveries to a Pack Point: When the order is delivered to the Pack Point, the Customer will receive an email informing them of the delivery. A second e-mail or SMS is sent to you to let you know when you can pick it up at the destination Pack Point. Delivery will be made within 5 working days. Home deliveries: The carrier will make two delivery attempts to the address designated by the Customer. For home deliveries to France, it will work in the same way as for deliveries to Spain.
General considerations
Working days shall be understood to be all days from MONDAY TO FRIDAY, expressly excluding public holidays, both at regional level in the Region of Murcia, as well as public holidays at national level in Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Portugal. In times of promotions and/or sales the delivery of the order may be delayed up to 10 working days. In the event of an unexpected or obvious impossibility to meet the deadlines indicated, the customer will be informed of this circumstance as soon as possible via the e-mail address designated by the customer.

2- Resolution of problems with shipments.
The customer must inform Le Côté Danse’s Customer Service Department as soon as possible of any delay or non-delivery by the means available for this purpose, i.e. by e-mail: info@lecotedanse.com or by phone via whatsapp or phone call: 635772652. Le Côté Danse will proceed as soon as possible to resolve the existing contingency.
Any complaint made more than 14 calendar days after the order should have been received will not be dealt with.
3. Withdrawal and Returns.
3.1- Customer’s Right of Withdrawal.
The Customer has the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order.
Socks, underwear and hair accessories CANNOT BE RETURNED. We also ask you to try shoes and footwear on a clean carpet or floor. Shoes and footwear with wear, stains and that are not in good condition will not be accepted for refunds and exchanges.
No refunds will be processed on the grounds of withdrawal as stipulated in the TRLGDCU. when it is apparent that the garments have been worn, handled, damaged or in any other similar manner which prevents Le Côté Danse from offering the item for sale in the same conditions as those in which it was offered to the Customer exercising the right of withdrawal.
The Customer will be satisfied with the amount of the returned items, although he/she will be responsible for the costs of returning and making them available to Le Côté Danse, in accordance with the provisions of article 108.1 TRLGDCU, unless on receipt of the order there is any contingency attributable to Le Côté Danse.
The customer shall inform Le Côté Danse within the stipulated period and by any means permitted by law, of his wish to exercise his right to terminate the contract.

3.2- Return policy on the order.
**IMPORTANT: ITEMS PRICED AT €6.99 OR LESS ARE NON-EXCHANGEABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE**.
In the event of disagreement with the order received, the Customer may, within a period of 14 calendar days after receiptIf you wish to return the garment, you must communicate your intention to exchange it for a voucher whose value will be equivalent to the amount of the purchase made, or for the amount of the garment, minus the cost of returning the garment.
All costs incurred as a result of the exchange or return of the order shall be borne by the Customer, who may proceed as indicated in the «returns» section. In the event of any incident, you may contact the Customer Service Department who will guide you through the exchange or return process as indicated in the previous section.
– Methods of return shipment via GLS
If the chosen carrier is GLS, the Customer may choose to have the parcel collected by the carrier from the address indicated on the return form. In this case, the amount of €4.95 will be deducted at the end of the process for return costs.
Exception* For international shipments via GLS the return cost will be 10,95€.
– Methods of return shipment via Mondial Relay
During the return process you can choose to have a courier pick up the package at your home address or you can drop it off personally at a Punto pack.
If you choose to drop it off at a Pack Point you will need to prepare the package, attach the label that is sent to you and take it to the point you have chosen. The costs of the return shall be borne by the Customer and shall be deducted from the amount to be returned.
Likewise, the Customer may, at his or her discretion, designate a transport company to collect the order in order to proceed with the exchange or return. Le Côté Danse cannot be held responsible in any case for the loss or misplacement of the order whose return or exchange is requested and carried out by this means.
Under no circumstances will returns or exchanges be accepted carriage forward.
Le Côté Danse reserves the right not to accept the exchange if, once the garment has been received, it is in poor condition, used, stained, torn, washed or in unsuitable conditions, communicating the incident to the Client.
In the event of disagreement with the state of the order received, the Customer will have to communicate the defect within a maximum period of 12 hours from receipt of the order.
If the reason for the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, Le Côté Danse will bear the cost of the return and reshipment.
If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, you may choose to return it in exchange for a voucher whose value will be equivalent to the amount of the purchase for which you wish to exchange it, or for the amount of the garment, minus the cost of handling the return.
If you choose the exchange voucher option, the cost of returning the item will not be deducted. The voucher issued will be referenced and will not have an expiry date. It will only be redeemable through the website www.lecotedanse.com.
If you choose to return the item in exchange for the price of the garment, we will reimburse you the price of the item minus the cost of return, which will be made within 15 calendar days at the latest from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Please note that it may take up to 10 working days for credit or debit card refunds to be credited by your bank, depending on the issuing bank and its internal handling processes. We regret that we are unable to intervene in these circumstances beyond our control.
In this case, the payment will be made by the same method of payment used to make the purchase, be it PayPal, credit card, biZum or bank transfer, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and provided that no additional costs are incurred.
Payment cannot be made after 14 calendar days from the date the order was placed. The company reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received.
Refunds will only be made for correctly returned items. If your return does not meet the required conditions, the package will be sent back to you. All returns must be shipped from the same country from which the purchase was made, due to merchandise restrictions. You will be notified by email once your order has been received and processed. All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original bags, boxes, labels and packaging. We will do our best to ensure a prompt refund.
– Products subject to promotion –
Those purchases of products on promotion will be subject to the specific conditions of the promotion that will be specified with each one of them and without in any case diminishing the provisions of these clauses.
PROMO 3X2: The present purchase corresponds to a promotion carried out by Le Côté Danse and is therefore, for the Customer, under more favourable conditions than in the case of an ordinary purchase not subject to any promotion. It consists of the purchase of 3 articles from the promoted catalogue, paying the price of the 2 most expensive ones and the third one being purchased free of charge as a consequence of this promotion. In the event of cancellation of the present purchase or part of the articles associated with the promotion, the difference between the article being returned and the value of the article in the promotion will be credited.
By way of example: If you buy two T-shirts and one pair of trousers priced at €20, €25 and €10 respectively, the total purchase price will be €45 instead of €55. In the event that the Client decides:
– Return the €25 T-shirt: Upon receipt of the T-shirt in perfect condition, Le Côté Danse will refund you 15€ (45€ price paid with the offer – 30€ price without promotion).
– Return the €10 trousers: Upon receipt of the trousers in perfect condition, Le Côté Danse will proceed to the refund of €0.
PROMO 2X1: IN PROMOTION 2×1 ALWAYS THE BIGGEST LOAN WILL BE PAID.
– IN CASE OF RETURNING ONE OF THE TWO CLOTHES, THE 2 for 1 PROMOTION WILL NO LONGER APPLY, as in the previous example.
