Hip-length with ruffles all around the hem.
Long sleeve effect, covering up to the wrist area but moving and rolling up with your arm wiggling.
High neckline, boat style at the front and more rounded at the back.
Black, sheer, stretch tulle fabric, combining two different polka dot patterns: the top and main front of the cape has black polka dots, and the ruffles and back have smaller white polka dots.
