Shipping and return policy

www.lecotedanse.com The products will be shipped to the delivery address indicated at the time of the order or, if necessary, to the address indicated in the customer's account. For any change of delivery address after purchase, please contact Le Côté Danse customer service by e-mail: info@lecotedanse.com or through the number 635772652 via whatsapp or by phone call. All products offered on the site are in stock (except for stock rupture or exceptional cases). The shipping costs will be specified at the time of purchase and may be chosen by the customer from the options offered. For orders over 50€, the shipping costs are free in Spain (Peninsula and Portugal). For all other countries, postage is free for orders over 100 euros. When the transport agency chosen by the Client is GLS, orders in stock will be dispatched within a maximum of 72 hours after the order has been placed and fully paid for, starting from the day after the order has been passed. Orders received on Friday or the day after and which are in stock will be dispatched the following working day. If, for any reason, delivery is delayed, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time. The customer will receive a letter informing him that the shipment has been made. This e-mail will include a direct access to the carrier's website to follow the shipment and give delivery instructions if you wish. In case of absence, a note will be sent and the addressee will be contacted again to arrange a second delivery. If the second delivery is unsuccessful, it will be left at the disposal of the GLS courier bureaus. If the order is finally returned by the courier agency due to the impossibility to contact the customer, the cost of the new shipment will be charged to the customer.

Commandes internationales

The countries of destination are only those listed below: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Portugal and the Netherlands. International deliveries are carried out by Mondial Relay via the Punto Pack service or to the customer's home address. Deliveries to a packing station: When the order is delivered to the packing station, the customer receives an electronic mail informing him of the delivery. A second e-mail or SMS will be sent to you to tell you when you can pick it up at the destination pick-up point. Delivery will be made within 5 working days. Home deliveries: The carrier will make two delivery attempts to the address designated by the customer. For home deliveries in France, the operation is the same as for deliveries in Spain.

General considerations

By open days, we understand all the days of the LUNDI AU VENDREDI, with the express exclusion of holidays, both at regional level in the region of Murcia and at national level in Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Portugal. During promotional and/or sales periods, the delivery of the order may be delayed up to 10 working days. In the event of an apparent or obvious impossibility to respect the indicated delivery times, the customer will be informed of this circumstance as soon as possible via the e-mail address designated by the customer.

2- Solve the problems related to exports.

The customer must inform the customer service of Le Côté Danse as soon as possible of any delay or delivery failure by the means at his disposal for this purpose, i.e. by electronic mail: info@lecotedanse.com or by phone via whatsapp or telephone: 635772652. Côté Danse will proceed as soon as possible to the resolution of the existing problem.

Any complaint made more than 14 calendar days after the date on which the order should have been received will not be processed.

3. Retrait et retour.

3.1- Client's right of withdrawal.

The client has the right to terminate the contract within a period of 14 calendar days à compter de la réception de la commande.

The Client will be satisfied with the amount of the returned goods, but the return and delivery costs of Le Côté Danse will be charged to the Client, in accordance with the provisions of article 108.1 TRLGDCU, except if, upon receipt of the order, there is a defect attributable to Le Côté Danse.

The client informs Le Côté Danse, within the time given and by any means authorised by law, of his wish to exercise his right of withdrawal.

3.2- Return policy on the order.

**IMPORTANT : ITEMS WHOSE PRICE IS LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO 6,99 EUROS ARE NEITHER EXCHANGEABLE NOR RETURNABLE**.

In case of disagreement with the order received, the Client can, within a period of 14 calendar days after receptionIf you wish to return the garment, you must communicate your intention to exchange it against a purchase price whose value will be equivalent to the amount of the purchase made, or the amount of the garment, minus the return costs of the garment.

All costs incurred by the exchange or return of the order are the responsibility of the Client who can proceed as indicated in the "returns" section. In case of incident, you can contact the customer service who will guide you through the exchange or return procedure as indicated in the previous section.

Methods of return by GLS

If the chosen carrier is GLS, the Client may choose to have the parcel sent by the carrier to the address indicated on the return form. In this case, the amount of 4,95 € will be deducted at the end of the process for the return costs.

Modalities of return via Mondial Relay

During the return procedure, you can choose to ask a courier service to come and collect the parcel at your home or to deliver it personally in a parcel pack.

If you choose to deposit it in a Pack Point, you have to prepare the collection, take the label that was sent to you and bring it to the point you have chosen. The delivery charges are payable by the customer and are deducted from the amount to be returned.

In addition, the Client may, at his discretion, designate a transport company to retrieve the order in order to proceed with the exchange or return. Côté Danse can in no case be held responsible for the loss or damage of the order for which the return or exchange is requested and carried out by this means.

In no case will any refunds or exchanges be accepted as a matter of course.

Côté Danse reserves the right not to accept the exchange if, upon receipt of the garment, it is in poor condition, worn, scratched, tarnished, damaged, washed or in unsuitable conditions, by notifying the Client of the incident.

In the event of disagreement with the state of the order received, the customer must communicate the defect as follows au plus tard 12 heures après réception de cet avis.

If the reason for the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, Le Côté Danse will bear the return and reshipment costs.

If the reason for the return is that you are not satisfied with the order, you can choose to return it in exchange for an exchange of a good purchase whose value will be equivalent to the amount of the purchase against which you wish to exchange it, or to the amount of the garment, deduction made from the processing fees of the return.

If you choose the exchange voucher option, the return costs of the item will not be deducted. The voucher will be refurbished and will not have an expiry date. It can only be exchanged on the website www.lecotedanse.com.

If you choose to return the item in exchange for the price of the garment, we will reimburse you the price of the item minus the return fees, which will be made at the latest within 15 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Please note that it may take up to 10 working days before your bank does not credit the credit or debit card repayments, depending on the metering bank and its internal processing procedures. We regret that we cannot intervene in these circumstances independently of our will.

In this case, the payment will be made by the same payment method as the one used to make the purchase, whether it is PayPal, a credit card, biZum or a bank transfer, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and provided that there are no additional charges.

Payment cannot be made later than 14 calendar days from the date of the order. The company reserves the right not to proceed with the refund until the goods have been received.

Refunds will only be made for correctly returned items. If your return does not meet the required conditions, the item will be returned to you. All returns must be sent from the same country from which the purchase was made, due to merchandise restrictions. You will be informed by e-mail of the receipt and processing of your order. All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and with the original bags, boxes, labels and packaging. Nous ferons de notre mieux pour assurer un remboursement rapide.

Promotional products -

These purchases of products on promotion will be subject to the specific conditions of the promotion which will be specified with each of them and without diminishing in any case the provisions of these clauses.

PROMO 3X2This purchase corresponds to a promotion carried out by Le Côté Danse and therefore benefits, for the Client, from more favourable conditions than in the case of an ordinary purchase which is not subject to any promotion. This is the purchase of 3 items from the promo catalogue, paying the price of the 2 cheapest items and getting the third one free of charge thanks to this promotion. In case of cancellation of the present purchase or of a part of the articles associated with the promotion, the difference between the returned article and the value of the article in the promotion will be credited.

For example, if you buy two T-shirts and one pair of trousers at 20 €, 25 € and 10 € respectively, the total purchase price will be 45 € instead of 55 €. In the case where the customer decides:

- Return the 25€ T-shirt : Upon receipt of the T-shirt in perfect condition, Le Côté Danse will refund you 15€ (45€ price paid with the offer - 30€ price without promotion).

- Return the trousers for 10 € : Upon receipt of the trousers in perfect condition, Le Côté Danse will proceed to the refund of 0 €.
